Am reporting from Ndirande new lines house number NS 796.I reported yesterday but since now ESCOM hasn't showed up. I have been having this issue for a long time. It just gets fixed for a short period of time and happens again. Even your drivers have gotten to a point that they know my house very well. I also reported that the machine used to enter ma units does not work. I have to go use it at my neighbour's house thereby inconveniencing them. Nothing has been done till now. What kind of service is this? I fear for my life and my house hold because of these unresolved electricity faults.
