I would like to humbly request the authorities at Mzuzu city council to do something with regards policing provision of possible pay toilets or anything that make people to stop urinitating everywhere in some parts of the city like between Banja la mtsogolo and the mosque, and from Taifa market through Usiska Resthouse.
