ESCOM Prepaid meter problem *Resolved*

Last week I reported an issue with our meter because it was rejecting ma units. Escom came and diagnosed that the meter had a fault but they still haven't solved the issue. They sent us a code today to try on the meter but it is not working. It has now been over a week and we are still in a blackout. We've had to throw away some relish because it got bad. Please help!
